Mocha Ricotta Crème

30 ounces ricotta cheese, part skim 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon cocoa 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 teaspoon stevia drops

2 tablespoons Splenda 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

Blend in food processor until smooth.

Yield: 4 1/2 cups
