Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

1/2 7-ounce jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped

1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup lemon juice

3 TB tahini

2 TB olive oil

2 TB chopped fresh parsley

1 TB lite soy sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
