Simple Greek Salad

Instructions

Toss 4 to 6 cups torn mixed greens w/ 1⁄4 cup cleaned and chopped radish; 1⁄4 cup minced mint leaves mixed with parsley; 1⁄4 cup chopped feta cheese, or more to taste; and 1⁄4 cup pitted and chopped black olives. Drizzle w/ olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.
