Instructions Peel 10 large shallots and cut in half lengthwise. Toss with 1 tsp. oil, 1 sprig fresh rosemary and salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 450 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring often, until the shallots are tender and browned around the edges.
