​This is the Welcome Guide to get you started on the Surge Plan 30 Day Challenge.  This guide gives you an overview of the challenge, and critical information to help you jump start your success.

This is a simplified and easy to use guide to understand what supplements to take and when throughout the 30 day Surge Plan. 

Your 30 Day Food Guide

Don't worry, this is not a diet!  But, there are foods you can and CANNOT eat, as well as times when you you'll be eating various food groups.  This will be your road map to navigate the "What Can I Eat?" questions.  This also has the daily supplement schedule so you know exactly what to take morning and night.  Remember, it's a marathon and not a sprint to change your eating habits, and this guide is going to train you right across the finish line.

Your Success Journal

It's critical to track your success and celebrate your accomplishments, big or small.  First you'll learn how to recognize your successes - this is key!  Through jotting them down daily, you'll become an expert at noticing the big and small things you are doing right and the miracles that are all around you.  Tapping into this higher vibration of extreme gratitude for yourself, your accomplishments, and the rewards from the all abundant universe will open up a whole new world for you to enjoy. 

Your Daily Diary

Guess what?  Things don't always go your way - or so it seems.  You'll use this Diary on a daily basis to jot down the good, the bad, and the ugly as you work through the emotions of making big changes in your life.  Keeping this record is going to help track your progress, but also be the safe place for you to record and work out the very real demons that my be holding you back so you can go into battle, Spartan style, and defeat them!  

You're going to Shred for 7 minutes both in the morning and night for optimal results.  This is a collection of many different Shred Routines to be performed at optimal times throughout the program as you retrain your metabolism to maximize results and time efficiency.  You're going to LOVE this!
